We frequently arrange private guiding in Scotland, often as an add on or as a precursor to one of our courses. You might wish to spend some time having 1:1 instruction, or it could be that you have a specific climb in mind or grade that you would like to achieve. Please contact us to discuss your aspirations and we will be more than happy to put together a programme for you and provide a quote. Prices for the 2009 season are £240 per day Monday - Friday, or £260 Saturday-Sunday for 1:1 guiding (including accommodation at the Ballachulish Hotel). We can also arrange guiding outside of the main Scottish season with one of our instructors who is based in the Highlands.

Typical Programme

Day 1:Saturday.
Following on from a week on a Winter Mountaineering course, you might like to benefit from 1:1 guiding and try a classic grade IV or V route on Ben Nevis.
Day 2:Sunday.
Benefit from the intimacy of 1:1 instruction and work on your leading skills. Alternatively, if you are training for a big expedition away, you might like to choose a long mountaineering route such as the Anoach Eagach Ridge.
